SJSU Latino Alumni Network Scholarship

The San Jose State University Latino Alumni Network was founded in 2013 to create a community for SJSU Latino alumni and students, to promote professional and personal growth and to increase the success of the Latino community through programs and activities. We provide a space for the SJSU Latino community to gather, participate in continued education and professional development activities and support one another. LAN strives to keep its community members engaged through cultural, educational, social, and professional development activities.

The SJSU Latino Alumni Network is very dedicated to providing partial-tuition scholarship to SJSU undergraduate students who demonstrate a strong commitment to the Latino/Hispanic community, leadership qualities, and have notable academic and professional aspirations. Eligible students must be full-time current students or entering undergraduate students, from any major, and be eligible for need-based aid. Incoming freshmen must have a minimum of a 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale (or equivalent). Current students must have a minimum of 2.8 GPA on a 4.0 scale.
