San Jose Woman's Club Scholarship
The San José Woman’s Club is one of the oldest community organizations in San José. Scholarship programs for local students were instituted in the late 1940’s and members of the San José Woman’s Club continue to support local nonprofits and downtown community groups. The San Jose Woman’s Club Scholarship provides support for students across the SJSU campus.
1. Students must have junior standing (60 semester units) and have attended SJSU for 2 semesters before applying for the scholarship
2. Students must have 3.0 overall GPA for 2 consecutive semesters
3. Students must describe their interest and involvement in broader social issues and their participation in campus and/or community activities related to those issues
4. Selected students must agree to meet San Jose Woman’s Club members and share their interest in and involvement in broader social issues at an SJWC event during the year.

Scholarship recipients will be asked to attend the Alumni Association Scholarship Awards Reception in the Fall.
