Richard and Angela Craig Physics Scholarship Fund

Minimum qualifications: Recipient must be undergraduate Physics majors who will be a registered SJSU student in the fall semester after applying.

Preference given to:
1. Students who have completed at least 6 units of upper division Physics courses
2. FAFSA Application on file and demonstrated financial need
3. Academic achievement (GPA, courses taken, reasearch).
4. Participation in department/college activities
5. Highest reviewer scores*

*Applications are reviewed by a committee and scored based on answers provided by the applicant. Each answer is reviewed for:
• Relevance to the question
• Spelling, grammar, and college level writing
• Creativity
Scholarship winners will be notified by email no later than May 31.

  4. Please discuss your academic success including course work and/or research, and department/college activities you are particularly proud of. (300 work max).
  5. Submit the name of one or two SJSU faculty who we can contact as a reference. (One must be a physics faculty member)
