Bob Brownstein Scholarship

The Bob Brownstein Scholarship will be a permanent endowment to provide one scholarship annually for a student ( undergraduate or graduate) with demonstrated financial need pursuing a career that promotes economic and social justice. Applicants may be enrolled in any number of programs and/or colleges at SJSU that include, but are not limited to, the College of Social Sciences or College of Health and Human Sciences, and any ethnic specific studies, political science, economics, sociology and social work. Preference should be given to applicants who have demonstrated interest in serving underprivileged individuals as evidenced by past and current involvement in student or community organizations dedicated to economic and social justice.
