Kinesiology Travel Abroad Scholarship

To assist Kinesiology undergraduate students who wish to travel outside the US to study in the field of Kinesiology. Such programs must be offered for SJSU credit (eg Faculty Led Programs or any program offered through SJSU Study Abroad and Away that requires international travel). Funds may be used to support travel, accommodation, or course fees up to the value of 50% of that total, with the student raising the remainder of the funding. Donations to this fund to be accepted only to be used within these parameters. The Department Chair may determine annually how best to allocate these funds, and how much any student should receive. Should the funds become dormant for any reason, they should revert to the Department of Kinesiology for any appropriate usage.
