Scholarship Overview
The scholarship aims to foster research and innovation in the field of spherical powder technology. We invite undergraduate and graduate students from accredited American universities to submit their research proposals, projects, or studies that explore the applications, challenges, and advancements in spherical powder technology.

Award
$1,000 Scholarship: Awarded to the submission that best demonstrates innovation, practical application, and potential impact within the field of spherical powder technology.
Feature on SAM Website: The winning project will be highlighted on the Stanford Advanced Materials website and shared with our industry and academic networks.
Eligibility Criteria
Open to high school students, and college students enrolled in two-year and four-year colleges and universities and graduate school programs throughout the United States.
Submissions must focus on spherical powder technology and may cover any relevant field, including aerospace, biomedical, energy, and electronics.
Projects demonstrating originality, technical feasibility, and potential impact on the advancement of spherical powder technology are highly encouraged.
The use of AI-generated content is prohibited and will result in disqualification.
Submission Guidelines
Abstract: Submit a concise abstract (250 words max) outlining the project’s objective, methodology, and significance in the context of spherical powder technology.

Article: A detailed article (around 1000 words), discussing the background, methodology, results, challenges, or potential implications of the project.

Biography: A short biography (150 words max) detailing the applicant’s academic background, achievements, experience with spherical powder technology, and motivation for their project.
