Eligibility Criteria
Our team is happy to provide scholarships to students interested in pursuing a career in divorce and family law. Through your pursuit of a law degree, you are prepared to demonstrate that you are committed to Empowering Families by guiding them through the intricacies of the family law system in Texas.

Other requirements to be a candidate for our Fall 2024 Empowering Families Scholarship include:

You are maintaining a 3.5 GPA or higher.
You are an undergraduate student in a pre-law course of study.
You are currently or will be enrolled for the Fall 2024 semester.
You are a permanent resident of the United States.
You are at least 18 years old.
Requirements Criteria
In addition to a 90-second video essay, applicants must provide the following for their application to be considered:

Proof of undergraduate enrollment in a college or university.
Proof of a pre-law course of study.
Proof of GPA.
We ask all applicants to submit a 90-second video essay addressing the following prompt:

How will you use your legal education to positively impact families facing divorce or other family law challenges?
