Hustedt-Sarro Scholarship for Foster Youth

For fully matriculated incoming freshman or transfer students who have been in the foster care system with preference to those aging out of the system after a year or more or were in it for 3 or more years (cumulative).
The scholarship awarded will be given to the same recipient yearly while they are at SJSU for a maximum of 5 years. Should the recipient leave before graduating, a new recipient will be chosen.
