The scholarship application is provided in two different formats for your convenience. In order for your application to be considered you must submit the application, a 500-word essay, your official transcripts (including your Fall 2020 grades) and a completed recommendation form. The application is designed so that your recommendation form can be sent in separately from your application. If you are concerned about providing your official transcripts on time, we will accept a screenshot or unofficial copy of your final grades however, if you are chosen to receive a scholarship award you will not be confirmed as an award winner until we receive your official transcripts.
